No paltry poultry.

Saw this in another blog and it blew me away. A deboned turkey stuffed with a deboned duck stuffed with a deboned chicken. Takes a long time to prepare and at least 8 hours to roast. One bird (or birds, rather) is enough to feed a party of 20 or so. Sounds absolutely scary. Looks even scarier. I love it!
